It's no secret I threw up my hands and walked away from reviewing Fear the Walking Dead halfway through the second season. Why? The plot went nowhere. The characters can't think their way out of a wet paper bag. And they're hoarding a supremely talented cast without getting close to tapping into their full potential. Being a fan of any actor tied to the show is difficult enough, but realizing AMC will continue to lock them in this lazy-television limbo is so utterly frustrating; the best option was to become an ostrich and get real cozy with a sand hat.
