We're going to need name tags. A lot of name tags. At the end of season six, we met the Hilltop folks. Season seven rolled into town, bringing newcomers within The Kingdom, the full force of Negan's Saviors, and now yet another survivor group is discovered on the coast. The writers can barely manage stories for the people in Alexandria, plus the main bad guys. Yet they take the time to slow the pace even more—when we're now just two episodes from the mid-season finale—all to bring in an outlier group who're so sequestered, the only reason they're in the story at all is for the obvious betrayal down the road.
